Physical Description

The pauldron comprises a main plate with four lames above and below. The upper cannon has a turner with a plain, embossed transverse ridge, and is articulated to the couter by two articulating lames. The couter is articulated t teh lower cannon by two articulating lames also. The main edges have inward turns, bordered by single incised lines and lining rivets on the pauldron. The subsidiary edges have three cusps and are bordered by single incised lines. On the pauldron are two rows of four rivets. Painted black with gold painted borders and fittings.
