Physical Description

The tasset is composed of twelve lames, the poleyn of a main plate with two lames above and below. The main edges have plain inward turns with a sunken border on the wing of the poleyn, and with single incised line. The rivets are modern, of brass with domed heads. The lame above the main plate of the poleyn is buckled. These retain old possibly original leathers which are very fragile.
