Made of zinc alloy material, the barrel in undrilled and the cylinder partly blocked. The grip plates are of brown plastic.
The Styrofoam box fits into a cardboard sleeve.

In 1968, Replica Models, Inc. was founded as a mail order company designed to provide collectors with a new and innovative product: Non- firing Replica Guns. Replica Models was the first to offer these quality replica guns in the United States.

They sold a veriaty of models on behlf of other manufactureres in cluuding this example. The model SW/7 was made by MGC (Model Gun Corporation) of Japan. The company was originaly known as 'Japan Modelgun Collection Association', changing its name to MGC in the early 1980s. They established their own brand 'MGC BondShop', of which this is an example.
