This sword was broken by the British on the occupation of Cologne. It formerly had a certificate attached to it, but this is now missing.

Physical Description

Of a German infantry officer of the First World War. The blade broken off short and stamped on the ricasso with the mark of the maker, Pack, Ohliger and Co. of Solingen. Steel, scabbard painted black.
