Physical Description

The tasset is formed of twelve lames, and the poleyn of four lames. The upper edge of the tasset, which has a repair to its keyhole slot, is decorated on its right side with four V-shaped norches, and the upper edge of the poleyn with three V-shaped notches.

Inscriptions and Marks

The insides of hte second to eleventh lames of the tassets are marked successively X,IX, VIII, VII, VI, IIII, III, II, and I, (the V's are inverted). The inside of the twelfth lame is decorated with four V-shaped notches.
