Physical Description

Of considerable weight and probably intended to be bullet proof. It is circular in shape adn raised slightly at its centre where it is fitted with a screwed-on spike of square section, which retains a large, decorative steel washer shaped as five leaves one of which is missing. Steel beading of semi-circular cross-section is applied to the rim.
The enarmes are modern replacements.
