Physical Description

Skull piece with low comb and made in two halves, the edge at the brow formed in two concave curves. Two-piece visor, the upper part with vision slits, the lower pierced with ventilation holes on the right side. Spring catches secure the lower visor to the bevor and the bevor to the skull and there is a fork or rest to support the visor when raised. Two deep gorget-plates front and back. All parts are decorated with triple incised lines now much worn.
