Physical Description

Of very heavy metal and of poor form. The neck and arm-openings have a narrow turned flange: at the lower edge flares outwards slightly: a row of brass-capped lining rivets follows the edge. On each side, just above the waist are three rivet holes which held a metal fastening strap: a buckle is riveted to the right shoulder.
