Physical Description

The shell is of iron, from base to shoulder a lead coat is fitted which shows the parallel grooves of the rifling cut in. An iron cap covers the nose and strip of green baize the base.
There are numerous letters stamped in the lead, most are indistinguishable, those that are readable have little relevance.
