Physical Description

A rimmed brass case with a large copper primer. The bullet is conical lead. The case is machined out of solid brass, with the dummy primer being inset into a machined recess. The bullet is more pointed than usual. This is believed to be a factory dummy for the Webley-Wilkinson Army revolver
