Found in the old Master's office, Flamstead Tower, White Tower, in 1996.

Physical Description

Helmet stand in the form of a right angled metal bracket. The mount is made of tubular steel. It was found in 1996 screwed to the panelling in the turret of the Flamstead Tower where it was presumably once used to mount a helmet when the Curator of the Armouries, Charles ffoulkes, used the room as his office from 1916.
