Physical Description

Blued frame and barrel. The cylinder, hammer, trigger, ejector rod housing and screws are gold plated. The left side of the barrel is engraved: Colt's Single Action Frontier Scout .22 LR. The right side: 1869 - Golden Spike - 1969.
The wooden case is lined with green velvet and gold plated spike is included. The lig of the box is carved with the scene of the driving of the golden spike at Promontory Point, Utah. This commemorates the spanning of the continent by the railroad
