Physical Description

It is of one piece, with a swept brim and a pear stalk at the apex. The main edge has a roped inward turn with a narrow recessed border. The base of the skull is bordered by 14 lining rivet holes. At the rear are two more for the missing plume holder. The exterior is bright but patinated, with rust spot holes at the upper front. There is a crack through the front left of the brim, and a large crack running through the right of the brim and skull. There is a suspension hole at the rear of the brim cracked through to the edge.
