Probably old Tower collection. Found in Waterloo Attic Room B.

Physical Description

Curved to the finger. It is the lowest scale and has a rounded lower edge. It is secured to fragments of the leather glove by 1 externally flush rivet at the upper end and has an additional externally domed rivet at the lower end which secured to the leather fragment by an internal circular washer. The leather fragment continues above the scale and retains the impression of the scale above, whose externally flush rivet remains in the leather. The upper edge of the leather fragment is ragged but retains part of another rivet hole.
It is externally bright.
