Physical Description

With double lock mechanism mounted on a common lockplate. The locks have external wheels and pivoted safety catches, although one is now missing. The dog heads are engraved with foliage and the top jaws have cocking levers. The steel stock has a short cheek-butt that has a hinged lid. The butt cheekpiece is brass faced and the steel triggerguard is indented. The barrels are octagonal and have a twisted steel rope decoration along each side.
