Physical Description

A small framed five shot revolver with a swing out cylinder, and snub nosed barrel, the unlocking latch being at the rear left of the frame. The ejector rod is not shrouded and has a revolving collar which ensures a close fit when the cylinder is locked into the frame. The hammer is case hardened and is lightly serrated. The body of the pistol is scroll engraved in a manner that indicates great enthusiasm but little skill, commonly referred to as commercial grade. The trigger guard appears to be made of aluminium alloy. The plain wood grips are two piece, and are held by a single screw. Each has a brass inlaid disc with the Charter Arms logo. The pistol is blued overall
