Physical Description

Consisting of two connected pads, the larger being approximately Y shape, the other of rounded shape joined to the stem. The outer surface of both is covered with blue ko sakura gawa edged with brown smoked leather, the back being black lacquered leather. A strap of smoked leather is fastened to the larger pad and passes through four lacquered leather loops, doubling back on itself to end in a loop fastened by a small brass fitting.
