Physical Description

Consists of one copper alloy scale of irregular rectangular form attached to a cloth strap by means of a string drawn through two of six small holes at the upper edge of the scale. The edge of the scale is decorated with five scallops, the outer two being thinner than the inner three. The strap consists of a strip of white streched fabric over the front of which is sewn a blue felt cloth.
