Physical Description

Wood,horn,brass,iron and string. Ox or cow horn with a wooden plug nailed to horn at widest end. Wooden handle with screw thread to screw into hole in wooden plug. This hole was used to fill horn with powder. At other end brass fitting with lever handle tensions onto thin metal strip to allow powder flow. Two metal hooks have been ibserted into the horn with string attached for carrying item
