Physical Description

The pauldron is formed of seven lames of which the upper three extend over the chest and back, and the lowest is connected to a tubular upper cannon, couter and two part lower cannon. Decorated with roped turns and recesssed borders. The medial ridge of the couter is extensively damaged.

Inscriptions and Marks

The lower edge of the second plate of the pauldron is marked with two V-shaped notches, while the uppper edges of the fourth to sixth lames are marked with two V-shaped notches.
