Octagonal barrel delicately inlaid with panels of scrollwork in gold and silver
Lock with narrow lockplate decorated en suite, the matchholder gilt. Stock with sharply downcurved butt inlaid with plaques of mother-of-pearl engraved with animals and scenes from classical mythology, the rest of the surface inlaid with scrolling foliage in brass. Steel butt-plate decorated en suite with barrel and lock. Long curved trigger
