Physical Description

It has a raised neck, a medial keel terminating in a point at the waist, which is level and has an even flange. The main edges are inwardly turned, the arms bordered by a single incised line. At either side of the chest is a mushroom-headed stud for fastening the shoulder straps. At either side of the flange is a mushrom-headed stud for the attachment of tassets.


The breastplate is decorated by file-hatching with a chevron, the point to the neck, of diagnal marks on the lower part, and vertical filing over the shoulders.
