Physical Description

It has a deep, broard neck and a medial keel terminating vestigial peascod at the waist, which dips down to the centre, and a broad flange. The arm and neck edges have plain inward turns. At either side of the chest is a swivel-hook , only the left one survive, inside a pierced stud for fastening the shoulder straps. At either side of the flange are pierced studs for the hasps for the tassets. Painted black.
