Physical Description

All metalwork blued. Fitted with an underlever air-pump. Solid breech with two hole trigger block. The barrel has a fore sight and an adjustable backsight. The wooden stock has pressed chequering on both sides of the wrist.
Stamped by the pellet port is LOAD 1. Stamped on the breech is B.S.A. STANDARD AIR RIFLE .177 BORE [NO.1] THE BIRMINGHAM SMALL ARMS LTD ENGLAND. SOLE MAKERS.
