Physical Description

Wooden stock with chequred pistol grip. The right side of the stock is stamped REGISTERED LINCOLN JEFFRIES INVENTOR & PATENTEE, with the logo of the standing man pointing a gun. There is also a nailed on plaque engraved S.CHAMBERS, GUNMAKER & CO. CARDIFF. The top of the comb has been cut away to accomadate a Vernier type peep backsight. The iron air-chamber is stamped on top H. THE LINCOLN JEFFRIES AIR RIFLE PATENT. There is an adjustable trigger and a bayonet type cocking underlever. The barrel is rifled and has a fixed fore sight and an adjustable rear sight [now missing]

The production run for this model is believed to be 1906-1917.
