Physical Description

Hilt of conventional sheath-knife form, aluminium pommel-cap with hexagonal brass inset around the tang, small flat oval crossguard. The grip is made up of transverse layers of leather with, at each end, ferrules of transverse layers of brass alternating with black and red layers of a hard material.
Double-edged, straight, spear-point blade of flattened diamond section with a 12.7 mm (1/2 in) ricasso marked on one side HEFFIELD / ENGLAND and on the other MILBRO / KAMPA.
