Physical Description

All metal hilt consisting of a barrelled chequered grip flaring to form a small hexagonal pommel with flat tang-buton. Plain oval cross-guard, slightly recurved.
Straight, double-edged, diamond-section blade tapering to a point; ricasso 22 mm (7/8 in) long etched on one side WILKINSON SWORD CO LTD LONDON with crossed swords, and on the other side THE F-S FIGHTING KNIFE.
