Physical Description

The action of this gun is based on that of the Garand rifle, and utilises a gas operated self cocking breech mechanism. The bolt is initially cocked by means of a short sliding lever on the right side. The magazine is a tube type contained in the butt. The gun is fully stocked in polished wood with a single barrel band. The blued barrel is round and tapered, with a front blade and bead sight and calibrated flip-up rear sight. There is a safety catch in front of the trigger guard, with two sling swivels.
