ffoulkes's (1916) entry reads 'Seven Partizans (18th-19th century) - They are very similar in type to the weapons carried by the judge's guard when on circuit up to the middle of the nineteenth century', which may mean that the weapons now with these numbers are not the same as they were in ffoulkes's time.
