Physical Description

It is shaped to the shoulders, with a low neck and a narrow flange, swelling slightly at either side. The main edge has roped inward turns, with sunken borders, expanding to adorsed volutes at the neck. At either is a rivet hole for the missing buckle, and at either side of the waist a pair of rivet holes for the waist strap in which parts of a rivet survives at the right. There is a single, large, rivet hole at either side of the flange, and a suspension hole at either side of the neck. It is painted black, thickly, overall.
