Physical Description

Thin blackened barrel with 8 groove rifling and fixed sights. The breech has a stamped circular mark with a stag(?)
The lock is converted from flintlock by the drum and nipple method and there are no visible marks.
Full stock with three ramrod pipes; horn tip to fore end; chequered small; wooden trigger guard; sling swivel and stud; cheek rest and butt plate; stamped MA1245; side plate,
