Physical Description

Fairly short copper tube fitted with long wooden stock ending in a shoulder-butt. The lock is connected by a long rod to a trigger of normal type near the butt. The lock has a swan neck cock and the pan has a fence and is signed A.LOCK . There is a tall folding backsight of brass positioned at the forward end of the stock which itself swells to a slight butt-shape with a copper plate.
