Physical Description

Standard model. Hooded triangular blade foresight. Double-strapped 'H' nosecap with bayonet rib and hole for cleaning rod. Partial upper handguard retained at the front by a band which carries the front sling bar on the left side. Tangent backsight with 'V' notch. Standard Kar98k action with turned-down bolt handle, flag safety, left-side bolt release lever and receiver bridge with charger guide. The stock is cut beneath the bolt handle for easier access. Internal box magazine with floor plate flush with the underside of the rifle. Stock cut as a semi-pistol grip. Buttstock slotted for rear sling attachment, with steel bolt disassembly discs and butt plate.
