Physical Description

Of a match-lock musket. Barrel octagonal at the breech, then round, the change of section marked by a series of mouldings. Foresight and tubular backsight. Pan with pivoted cover and flash-guard Lock very similar to that of No.XII.6 above with the exception that the lock-plate tapers towards the rear
