Physical Description

The pot is made of two pieces. The brim has a sunken border containing seventeen lining rivets. The base of the skull is bordered with fourteen lining rivets. At the rear are two rivet-holes for the attachment of the missing plume-holder. The pot is worn and damaged on the right. The rivets are brass covered and worn.

Inscriptions and Marks

At the front is stamped TK, for ownership. Maker's mark at the rear, recessed T combined with another letter.
