Physical Description

Of deep-waisted form, it has a raised neck, a medial ridge and a narrow flange at the waist. At either arm is a pierced stud and swivel hook with a fretted brass washer for the shoulder straps. The main edges have plain inward turns bordered by double incised lines and by decorative brass rivets at the neck and flange. At the left is a proof mark. The exterior is bright and slightly patinated.
