Physical Description

The blade is curved, and single edged becoming double edged near the tip. One wide fuller. The blade is Indian in European style. The sirrup hilt is boat-shaped with pierced decoration.The knuckle bow is decorated with foliate scrolls. The grip is of wood with a brass back strap. The scabbard is brass, with shaped end and fleur de Lys terminal. The locket is similar with stud for frog. The mouth of scabbard has heavy brass moulding.
