Physical Description

The blade is slightly curved and single edged except at the point, and has one broad and one narrow fuller. The hilt is a curved silver pistol grip with forward curved pommel and ears standing at front and rear. The quillons are short, the front one fitted with a loop corresponding to one on the pommel for a missing chain. It is decorated with simp,e punched and engraved foliate ornament. The scabbard is of wood covered with brown Morocco leather, with a silver locket and pointed chape, the former with two suspension rings, decorated with silver filigree.
