Physical Description

It is composed of ten lames. The main edges have roped inward turns, and are bordered by double incised lines. The lames are articulated by a column of brass rivets at either side. The upper lame is fitted with three buckles for attachment to a breastplate; behind the outer buckles are additional rivet holes

Each lame is numbered I to X bottom to top.
