Physical Description

Hilt: comrising pommel, knuckle guard with integral quillon and arms of the hilt, two oval shell guards of equal size, the outer one having a decorative scallop in the centre of its edge and grip with central bulbous swelling, all of blued steel with encrusted patterns in gold of three colours.
Blade: etched and gilt with conventional patterns throughout its entire length.
