Physical Description

Blade is straight and double edged, with a stout, flattened diamond section.
The hilt is of blued steel with a wire bound grip. The pommel is domed and faceted surmounted by a tang button. The quillons are ribbon like, arching towards the blade and outwards, and widen towards their tips, which have a deep incised groove dividing the ends into two halves. The ring-guard is filled with a solid plate decorated with pierced figure-eights.
