Physical Description

Of freely articulated but rough construction. The breast has a collar with a boxed turn, below are thirteen narrow lames overlapping upwards joined by sliding rivets at the centre and side. A fauld of eight lames with rivets at the sides only. The back is of similar construction. Consisting of sixteen lames. The upper edges of the lames are invected.


The arm openings are turned outwards. the lowest lames back and front have roughly roped turns, the front one broken and patched at its centre.
