Physical Description

The frame is finished in a red-tinted bluing and is fitted with a one piece chequered birdshead grip. The butt is fitted with a lanyard ring. The serial number has been milled off from the frame. (It can, though, be found stamped into the butt frame beneath the grip.). Unusually this revolver is proofed with Birmingham post 1925 proofs. (It was possibly kept in store until after the Great War).
