Physical Description

These small pocket pistols were manufactured between 1896-1916. The earlier production pistols did not have a groove cut for the backsight, the later ones did. Those chambered for .22, as this one is, were made only after 1903. The frame was finishesed either in blue or, as in this example, in nickle.
This is one of the most popular of Stevens models and as a consequence the most common.
