Physical Description

The steel air-reservoir is contained in the butt and was charged by a seperate air-pump through an opening in the butt-plate. The rifle is fitted with a normal flint-lock, a lever on the tumbler operating the air release-valve. Octagonal barrel rifled with eight grooves and engraved with the name of the maker BOSLER A DARMSTADT.
Stock with short fore-end, slightly carved with foliage, the brass mounts chased with sporting subjects. Hair trigger
