Physical Description

Made from front and rear wooden sections, a naturalistic carving of Lord Kitchener. The hair is rendered at the front, sides and lower back only, and has a left of centre parting. Moustaches and teeth are carved. The base hole is filled with a piece of dowel sawn off flush.
The head is unpainted but has some mottling on the face. There is a large crack from centre left front of the head down the side of the face, terminating under the chin. The tip of the nose is chipped.
