A collection of posters using arms and armour or connected material advertising exhibitions in other British Museums, etc., containing:, 1: 'The Art of the Armourer', an exhibition organised by the Arms and Armour Society, 1963, at the Victoria and Albert Museum, 2: 'European Arms and Armour': loan exhibition organised by the Circulation Department of the Victoria and Albert Museum of material from the Burrell Collection, the City Museum Glasgow and the Tower Armouries. Scene from the Triumph of Maximilian, printed on silver paper. HMSO, printed in Swindon, 3: 'Durer and his contemporaries': loan exhibition of engravings and metalprints from the Print Collection of the British Museum organised by the Circulation Department of the Victoria and Albert Museum.
