On parchment, decorated with an initial portrait of George III, printed rococco scrolls and, across the top, the Royal Arms, with personifications of Great Britain, France, Ireland and America, and, down the sides, the Royal Crown in splendour, Justice, a naked boy with a pen, the sun in splendour [or ? a Garter Star], Fortitude and flowers in a vase&&&25.5 inches x 29.75 inches
